Heath joined the CtR staff in the Summer of 2023 as Coordinator of Sacraments and transitioned to coordinating the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults in May 2025. He previously worked as Senior Pastor for the Christian Church (Church of Christ) denomination in the Ozarks, New Orleans area and as a Student Pastor in Houston. He was ordained in that denomination in 2000 and became Catholic in 2015 after journeying through the OCIA process at Christ the Redeemer

Originally from the Ozarks in Missouri, Heath has lived around the globe as his parents served as missionaries to Liberia, West Africa.  Heath holds a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from St. Louis Christian College.

Heath has been active since coming into full communion and has served in parish ministries with OCIA, the Knights of Columbus and ACTS Retreats. Heath has been married 30 years and has five children and six grandchildren.
