All ages for registration are as of September 1, 2026

Registration will be done by priority groups.

• Current Families:  January 26, 2026
• Priority Registration:  February 10, 2026 (CtR Parishioners & CtRCS Families)
• Open Registration:  February 17, 2026 (members of the surrounding community)

Request for Enrollment

Steps for Registration

1.  Click the link above to for the Request for Enrollment Form, and create a Brightwheel account to start the form.

2. If a space is available, a link will be emailed with Brightwheel request for registration payment and Forms 1-3 be filled out.  ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED IN COMPLETELY.  If any question does not apply, please write N/A in the space provided.

3. A Brightwheel Message will confirm your Registration after Forms 1-3 and registration payment have been completed.

4. The Immunization Record (Form 4) and the Child’s Medical Statement of Health (Form 5) will be due on July 27, 2026. 

5. Form 6 is only required if your child has a food allergy diagnosed by a physician.
   
   The Immunization Records and the Child’s Medical Statement of Health need to be uploaded into Brightwheel in Forms and Requests in your child's portal.  If you are having difficulty with uploading forms, feel free to email questions to [email protected].
